Goals For 2024

In 2024, I didn’t make many specific goals with set endings. Instead, I see them more like ongoing journeys.

Eating Regularly

Last year, I felt bad for eating only once a day. Sometimes, when I’m stressed, I can’t eat. This made me skip meals a lot. But this year, I want to take care of myself and eat regularly because I love myself.

Being Consistent

I’m a perfectionist, and I used to see things as either a success or a failure. This made me miss out on a lot. Now, I’m taking small steps towards my dreams.

Fixing Sleep Patterns

have a bit of a struggle with my sleep. I often find myself going to bed at unusual times, and as a result, I wake up feeling tired. Sometimes, I end up sleeping too much, going way beyond what’s needed. It’s like my sleep schedule is all over the place.

I know this isn’t good for me, so I want to work on it. I want to establish a regular bedtime routine and wake up at a consistent time every day.

Spreading Love

The world can be negative. In 2023, I tired to help with words. This year, I want to give space where people can be themselves .One tinest goal is to kids about loving themselves and raise awareness about girls’ menstural health.

Self-Love

Sometimes, I really don’t like myself. When I look in the mirror, I focus on what I think is wrong with my face. But this year, I want to change that. I want to be kinder to myself and not criticize so much.

Travelling Alone

This year, I’m facing my fears and trying something different. I want to go to a new city, like Bangalore, Pondicherry, or the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Normally, I stick to what I know, but I want to see what happens when I step out of my comfort zone. It’s about challenging myself, seeing things from a new perspective, and growing as a person. Going to a new city is my way of breaking free from routine and fear, and welcoming new opportunities. Not:I have not even travelled within 10km radius so this like a huge goal to me
