We often feel upset, angry, and resentful towards people. We can’t help but wonder how they could treat us that way. You might be angry at your parents for being irresponsible and making you feel ignored when you needed them the most. You could be upset with your friend for constantly finding faults in you, and your teacher who devalues you and makes you feel worthless. It’s frustrating to deal with people who consistently make you feel inadequate.
After a few days, when you try to focus on getting work done, you suddenly get triggered by thoughts that stir up a feeling in your heart. This feeling weighs you down and can even cause various health issues. You feel frustrated and want to hit the wall because you can’t concentrate on your work. This lack of focus becomes a hindrance.
One suggestion is to take a piece of paper and express your emotions.
Write down how your heart has been hurt and seek help to process those feelings.
Forgiveness is also important in moving forward.
Additionally, engaging in exercise can help relieve stress and improve your overall well-being.
I would suggest that when you find yourself overwhelmed with numerous thoughts swirling in your mind, it’s essential to take a break and try to unload them. Otherwise, we run the risk of getting trapped in an endless loop.
