“I used to have a tendency to give up easily. Whenever I encountered a difficult physics problem or a tough concept, I would think about giving up. Even if I promised myself to approach the next chapter with enthusiasm, I would often hit roadblocks and lose motivation. Unfortunately, this pattern of behavior negatively impacted my entire JEE preparation. Despite my strong love for the subject, I struggled to maintain the determination to push forward and tackle difficult problems. Instead, I would often choose to distract myself by scrolling through my phone.
As the JEE exam approached, I realized that my preparation was inadequate, and I failed to perform well on the test. This experience turned my life upside down, and I have since carried a great deal of regret on my shoulders
It’s not just the pain of failing an exam, but rather the lack of grit and resilience towards my work that troubles me. I feel as though I have wasted my potential, and I am disappointed in myself for not staying committed to my passion for the subject.
But if I have to advise one thing to my younger self or anyone,”It would be stay resilient to your dreams,If u give up on ur dreams for cheap dopamine u are your biggest enemy”
