COMPLAINING

I have come to realize that I am a constant complainer, always finding fault in even the slightest inconvenience. This habit of complaining has become a hurdle for me and has prevented me from making progress in my pursuits. For instance, when I plan to buy a book from a store, I tend to focus on trivial things such as the sunny weather and the distance I will have to walk, which makes the task seem impossible. I expect everything to be easy and convenient, which is not always possible.

From this day forward, I have decided to change my approach. Whenever I find myself complaining, I will ask myself whether the task at hand will benefit or help me grow. If not, I will abandon the task altogether. However, if I believe that the task is worth pursuing, I will overcome my negative thoughts and focus on its importance. In case my inner voice starts to complain even after acknowledging the significance of the task, I will analyze the source of my thoughts and try to unlearn them.

It’s essential to remember that life is too short to let any negativity get in the way of our happiness and success. We mustn’t allow anything to hinder our progress and ruin our day.
