1.If you are a night owl and wants to be a morning person then sleep an hour or half an hour before your regular sleep timing and wake up an hour or half an hour earlier than your waking up time.Even if u feel sleepy and groggy do exercise,view morning sunlight and have breakfast.One of the best way to set circadian system is eating at the local timing.

2.When u want to stay awake increase the core body temperature (cold showers, exercises)and when u want to fall asleep decrease the core body temperature (hot shower)

3.Try to go to bed each night at the same time (+/- 30 minutes) to obtain maximum growth harmone release.If your bed time keeps changing then it will starts showing effect on your growth harmone.

4.Sticking adamantly to “how things are supposed to be done” creates friction in creative process.The best way to achieve creativity is staying in the present moment in work space.

5.Delay the coffee intake by 60-90 minutes after u woke up to avoid afternoon crash.

6.Never share your goals with anyone.

7.One of the best way to reduce stress and anxiety is two short inhales through nose and extended exhale through mouth.

8.Our baseline supply of dopamine can be achieved by viewing early morning sunlight for 10-30 minutes, eating tyrosine rich food(red meat, fermented cheese), taking caffeine and avoiding bright lights after sunset.

9.Hicups are considered to phrenic nerve to diaphragm spasm.For the spasm to go inhale maximally through nose three times with no exhales between them.Hold the breathe for 15-30 seconds then exhale through your nose.

10.Deliberate cold showers enhances mood, energy and improves focus.
